Supporting a Best‑in‑Class Woodworking Tool
RC Woodworking Hand Tools Inc., founded by renowned woodworker and educator Rob Cosman, is widely known among professional and hobbyist woodworkers for producing high‑quality, precision hand tools. One of RC Woodworking’s flagship products — a dovetail back saw — was recently recognized by BobVila.com as the Best Overall Dovetail Back Saw in its annual review of tools and workshop gear.
RPC has been involved with this product from its earliest production stages. Our engineering team worked closely with RC Woodworking Hand Tools to support the transition of the saw from early builds into reliable, repeatable production — helping ensure consistency, quality, and scalability as market demand increased.
Today, a significant portion of RPC’s ongoing production work with RC Woodworking supports this very saw. It continues to be a strong example of how practical engineering, manufacturing expertise, and close collaboration can help a small, specialized manufacturer successfully expand production while maintaining the craftsmanship their customers expect.
