RPC has been providing
innovative concept designs for consumer products, food processing, inspection
tooling and manufacturing industries for more than twenty years. Conventional
tools for developing prototypes include: milling, turning, laser cutting,
wire EDM, welding, sheet metal, vacuum forming, and silicone rubber molding.

| Qualifications |
| Our
staff includes two professional mechanical engineers with years
of experience in developing and prototyping customer ideas. Our
machinists and technicians have many innovative approaches to developing
and building "Production like Prototypes". RPC is qualified
to perform testing on prototypes to the requirements of various
CSA standards for strength, efficiency, environmental, thermal and
electronic characteristics.
