Sequencing Services

We
are an independent molecular biology laboratory working with clients
seeking to outsource routine sequencing and other biotechnological
services. From our ISO 9001:2008 facility, we are committed to
the needs of our clients, from entrepreneurs to multinational
firms. For this reason we now offer sequencing of polymerase chain
reaction (PCR) products or plasmids at very low competitive prices.
| Sequencing
of PCR or cloned products: |

Give us
your purified single band PCR product or plasmid along with
the appropriate sequencing primers and we will quickly and
affordably provide you with sequence results within 24-48
hrs of sample submission. The results will include an electronic
file containing the sequencing data. |

sample/primer for 1-15 samples |

Notes:
1) DNA must be submitted in a volume of 30ul at a concentration of 10ng/ul
(PCR products) or 100ng/ul (plasmids).
2) Separate tubes containing 10ul of the necessary primers at a concentration
of 3.2pmoles/ul must also be submitted.
