We are a molecular biology research and development group brings innovative solutions to problems in the aquaculture, environment, and agriculture sectors in Canada and around the globe. As a client-focused independent we work with partners large and small on a contract basis. Our highly motivated staff apply microbiology and molecular biology techniques to give our clients a competitive edge in their marketplace.

Qualifications
RPC's Molecular Biology Group includes internationally trained scientists with doctoral and masters degrees and supported by highly skilled technicians. The group's expertise include molecular biology, microbiology, and genetics analyses.

Facilities
The Molecular Biology Group's laboratory is located in a modern 5000+sqft laboratory containing state of the art equipment. Equipment includes ABI 3100 and 310 Genetic Analysers, standard and Real time PCR machines, gel documentation system, microplate reader, PCR work stations, and cell culture facilities. The group also maintains a wet lab and aquaculture quarantine facilities. The laboratory also benefits from accredited inorganic and organic chemistry and microbiology laboratories on the premises.
