Pilot Plant Project Options

Flexible programs are available for clients wishing to utilize RPC's 1600 square ft food piloting facility.

Three basic program options are:
1. Clients rent space and equipment at RPC and perform their own work.
2. Clients rent space and equipment, and utilize some RPC expertise.
3. Clients request RPC undertake work on their behalf.

From these three basic options, we can develop a budget-conscious program customized to the client's particular needs.


Pilot Plant Description
Licensed for fish and seafood by CFIA.
Processing equipment (kettles, tanks, mixing, filling, retort, homogenizer, MAP, vacuum packaging, etc.).
Freezing and chilling capabilities.
Direct access to loading bay.
